 Welcome to the Wonderful World of Amazing Things

Launched in 2019, Sunosi is indicated for adults with Excessive Daytime Sleepiness due to Sleep Apnea. From it’s initial Now Approved campaign, Sunosi was all about truly amazing things. From a brave client, who was willing to leap into the world of pharma social, all the way to data driven intricate CRM and SMS programs to keep patients informed and connected, this brand had it all. I started on the brand in the fall of 2019 with my first ever professional Jr. AD job, bright eyed and fully awake to take on each day. As the only resident Gen- Zer on the team, I was given the opportunity to shine by being a part of the first branded campaign social ads. Through the years and through a few promotions I helped to cultivate a digital forward brand as Sunosi dipped into major re-works of our website (focusing on UX design and SEO), a complete overhaul of our CRM email program, a bustling digital banner rollout, years of creative forward social ads, and the chance to work on unbranded content to help spread awareness of the EDS indication. Website

In the summer of 2020, as the pandemic kept us all at home, the Sunosi team was hard at work redesigning our website. Our client’s main focus was functionality and SEO to drive users towards our Daytime Sleepiness quiz and CRM program. Our creative team’s focus was on integrating our branded Amazing Things campaign and working with our XD teammates to design a thoughtful DTC experience for our patients.

 

CRM Program

Following our website overhaul, in the spring of 2021 we set out to create a two path CRM program for a more personalized experience for our patients and their caregivers.

 

Social

Social was the backbone of our brand. Our clients saw the value in allowing us to run with our creative and follow trends more than any other brand that I’ve worked on. Flat out, we were able to have fun in pharma social, and that is a feat in and of itself.

 

Animated Banners

As a digital forward brand, banners were a key factor for our data driven client. With a strong targeting model we were able to speak to each segment of our demographics and provide a new and fresh look with each iteration.

 

Unbranded

Our unbranded work mainly consisted of social, pandora spots, and native text ads to drive patients to learn more about EDS.
